After 15 years on the inside of the Internal Revenue Service, Erica Hill has built a business on helping people face it from the outside with clarity and confidence.

Erica, a former IRS Revenue Agent in the Small Business and Self-Employed Division in Montgomery, is the founder of Infinite Keys, LLC, a Pike Road–based virtual tax relief firm that represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners facing IRS notices, audits, back taxes, unfiled tax returns, liens, bank levies, wage garnishments, and payroll tax penalties. The firm serves clients nationwide while remaining rooted in Pike Road, the place Erica calls home.
“For fifteen years, I saw firsthand how many taxpayers found themselves in difficult situations with the IRS,” Erica said. “In many cases, the problem did not begin with intentional wrongdoing. Often it started with confusion, lack of knowledge, or business owners being so focused on running their business that tax responsibilities fell behind.”

That pattern made a lasting impression. “I wanted to create a place where people could receive honest guidance, understand their options, and take proactive steps before their tax situation escalated into something that could cost them their business, livelihood, or financial stability,” she said. “I started Infinite Keys because I saw how many hardworking entrepreneurs and families were overwhelmed, intimidated, or simply unsure about how to navigate the IRS.”
Today, Erica is an IRS Enrolled Agent and Certified Tax Representation Consultant with more than 25 years of experience in tax, audit, and accounting. She owns Infinite Keys with a dual focus: resolving complex IRS matters and helping clients prevent them in the first place while avoiding similar issues in the future.

Erica steps in as a client’s representative, communicating directly with the IRS and working to halt or prevent enforcement actions while guiding each case toward the best possible outcome. “Every client’s situation is unique, so our solutions are always tailored to their specific circumstances,” Erica said. “At the core of every service we provide are the values of trust, integrity, excellence, reliability, and substance.”
Beyond tax resolution, the firm’s IRS Business Tax Mastery and presentations for organizations and business groups help entrepreneurs better understand their tax responsibilities and avoid costly mistakes. Education is central to the model. Erica provides presentations and guidance to professionals such as accountants, attorneys, and real estate professionals, helping them better support their clients when tax situations arise and connecting those clients with the right resources. “By providing education, guidance, and clarity, we help entrepreneurs make informed decisions so they can confidently build and grow their businesses on a solid financial foundation,” Erica said.
Erica believes Infinite Keys stands apart through a blend of insider experience and a relationship-driven approach. “I bring unmatched insight into how the IRS operates and how to achieve the best possible outcome for each client,” she said. “But equally important is our level of care. We don’t just process cases; we build trust, provide education, and walk alongside clients through every step of the journey.”
She is candid about the realities of tax resolution, distancing her firm from the industry’s splashier promises. “Rather than offering one size fits all solutions or unrealistic promises, we take the time to understand the full picture,” Erica said. “While some large tax resolution firms promote guaranteed outcomes or advertise settling cases for pennies on the dollar, the reality is that the client’s tax solutions are determined by a taxpayer’s individual circumstances.”
That approach appears to resonate with clients who arrive anxious and exhausted. “Our goal is simple: replace stress and confusion with clarity, confidence, and results,” Erica said. As an Enrolled Agent, she can “step into our clients’ shoes” and speak with the IRS on their behalf — a service that often brings immediate relief. The firm’s virtual model adds convenience for busy professionals who want help without disrupting their schedules.
“Many people simply want someone they can trust to guide them through the process and advocate for them during a very stressful time,” Erica said. “When their tax issue is resolved or brought under control, that fear and uncertainty is replaced with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.”
Though Infinite Keys serves clients nationwide, its heartbeat is local. Erica chose to base the firm in Pike Road because of its sense of connection and growth. Originally from Albion, Michigan, she moved to Montgomery in 2000 and to Pike Road more than a decade ago. “Pike Road is home for me,” she said. “It reminds me of that same sense of connection and belonging, while also offering opportunity and growth. It offers the perfect balance of peaceful living and opportunity, where families can put down roots and local businesses can thrive.”
Erica is also committed to being a resource for those who may be delaying action out of fear. “Many people delay addressing tax issues because they feel overwhelmed or afraid of what might happen next,” she said. “The truth is that there are often more options available than people realize once they take the first step.” To help, Infinite Keys offers a free confidential discovery call to explain options and start a path toward resolution.
“At Infinite Keys, our mission is not only to help people resolve their tax challenges but also to empower them with the knowledge and guidance they need to move forward with confidence,” Erica said. “Our goal is simple: to help people take control of their tax situation and turn IRS struggles into success stories nationwide.”
