The Pike Road Board of Education will officially recognize four Teachers of the Year at its upcoming meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026. The honorees were selected for their outstanding dedication to students, innovative teaching practices, and enduring commitment to excellence across the district.
This year’s Teachers of the Year are:
- PR Elementary Teacher of the Year: Dawn Ellis
- PR Intermediate Teacher of the Year: Toni Jones
- PR Junior High Teacher of the Year: Daralyn McColl
- PR High School Teacher of the Year: Zachary Warren
Community members, colleagues, students, and families are invited to attend the meeting and join in celebrating these exceptional educators. A reception will be held immediately following the meeting to allow attendees to offer their congratulations in person.
