Pike Road insurance agent Turner Faulkner is relocating and opening his own independent ALFA agency, The Faulkner Agency LLC, at 7742 Atlanta Highway in East Montgomery, on the edge of Pike Road.
The new office will open on March 2, 2026, with a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting set for Thursday, March 12, at 10 a.m.
“I’m excited to be the first Montgomery ALFA insurance agent to open an independent ALFA agency in Montgomery County,” Faulkner said. “Nothing changes for my customers. I will still be their agent, and there are no changes to their ALFA policies.”
Faulkner said current customers will receive mailers about the move and confirmed that standard ALFA conveniences remain intact. “Any ALFA customer can still make payments at any ALFA location; none of that changes,” he said.
The Faulkner Agency LLC will operate as an independent business under the ALFA brand. “Our sign will say ALFA Insurance. Everything about us is ALFA, but I will be an independent ALFA agent,” Faulkner explained.
The new office will continue to provide the full suite of ALFA products. “We’re still doing all the ALFA Insurance products—auto, home, life, commercial, farm, and health insurance,” Faulkner said, noting the team’s focus on “personalized insurance solutions, exceptional service, and peace of mind so you can feel confident knowing your family and business are protected.” According to the agency’s website, additional offerings include renters, boat, and motorcycle coverage, and the agency serves customers statewide.
“I will continue to provide business and commercial insurance as I have done in the past,” said Faulkner. “It has been a big part of my business in the past and will continue to be as I expand to serve more customers.”
Faulkner emphasized a service model designed around dedicated attention. “I’m going to have a team designed specifically for my customers,” he said. “This will be our customer’s office—where we will strictly be committed to them.”
Joining Faulkner is office manager and associate agent Sofia Watnik, who is coming from another ALFA location. “I’m excited to have Sofia join our team. She is very bright and brings years of insurance experience.” Faulkner said.
He said, “This will be a family-run business. We’ll build our agency on the same four pillars that ALFA has: faith, family, community, and integrity.”
A Pike Road resident, Faulkner said his roots remain in the community even as he grows to meet regional demand. “Pike Road is still home and where my business has been, but I’m also expanding to the River Region,” he said. “We’ll serve Montgomery, Pike Road, the River Region—anywhere across the state.”
Calling the move a milestone, Faulkner added, “This is a dream come true. I’ve always wanted to open my own business, and ALFA has given me that opportunity. I’m proud to be the first independent ALFA agency in Montgomery County.”
