The Montgomery County Commission is inviting Pike Road residents to roll up their sleeves for the March Montgomery County Clean-Up Day on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The free countywide effort, hosted in partnership with Martin Environmental Services, provides convenient drop-off sites to help residents properly dispose of unwanted items and keep neighborhoods clean.
Residents may bring household items, yard waste, and other non-hazardous materials to designated collection sites across the county at no cost. Dumpsters will be available at each location for easy drop-off.
Pike Road residents can use either of the following nearby sites:
- Mount Meigs: Pike Road High School
- Pike Road: County Lot on Meriwether Road (across from The Feed Lot)
Items not accepted include appliances, tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, and other hazardous or toxic materials. Items that are too heavy to be loaded manually will not be accepted.
County Clean-Up Day locations are for Montgomery County residents only and are not for contractors.
