Located at the intersection of Vaughn Road and Pike Road, the development was designed to serve the town’s growing population while complementing the surrounding developments and residential communities.
Developed by The Trotman Company, designed by JMR+H Architecture and constructed by Benning Construction, the project brings together multiple retail buildings with pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, landscaped gathering areas, and architecture intended to create the feel of a traditional neighborhood shopping district rather than a conventional strip center.
Many of Merry Corners’ tenants are now open and serving customers, while a few remaining spaces are preparing to welcome their first guests in the coming weeks.
