What began as a shared vision for connection has become a gathering place for the whole community. Pike Road Coffee—led by Greg and Karen Lipscomb and their family—is now open at 569 Pike Road in the Warehouse next to Local and Bloom, welcoming neighbors, friends, and visitors to linger over a cup, catch up on work, or enjoy a good meal together.

The shop’s story is rooted in community. Building a foundation through community pop-up shops, their journey took a significant step forward in December 2024 with the groundbreaking of Pike Road Coffee. Today, that early momentum has carried into a warm, inviting space designed for connection: a place where students can study, coworkers can meet, and families can slow down and share time over coffee.

From the start, Greg and Karen envisioned more than a coffee counter—they wanted a hub built on community. You can feel it in the way the space encourages conversation, in the friendly faces behind the bar, and in the steady rhythm of neighbors dropping by. Whether you’re settling in with your laptop, meeting a friend after school pickup, or grabbing a bite between errands, Pike Road Coffee makes it easy to stay awhile.

Its location in the Warehouse district next to Local and Bloom, Pike Road Signs, and Nayo’s Barbershop places it right in the flow of daily life, giving Pike Road residents and guests a convenient place to start the morning, pause at midday, or unwind in the afternoon. And while the coffees are front and center, the experience goes beyond the cup—pair your drink with a fresh, house-made pastry and make it a moment worth savoring.

The heart behind the shop remains the same as it was on groundbreaking day: to foster a space where people feel known, welcome, and connected. Now that the doors are open, that vision is brewing into reality one conversation, one study session, and one shared meal at a time.

Stop by Pike Road Coffee at 569 Pike Road, say hello to the team, and make yourself at home. It’s your place to fellowship, to focus, and to enjoy something delicious—right here in Pike Road.
