Chandler Payman, a resident of Pike Road and a 2023 graduate of Pike Road High School, is set to compete for the title of Miss Troy University later this month. Payman, currently a sophomore majoring in Nursing at Troy University, is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health.
Payman will be one of thirteen Troy University students competing for the Miss Troy University title. The Miss Troy competition will take place at the Claudia Crosby Theater on the Troy University campus on Thursday, February 13th.
Her social impact platform is “Advocating for Mental Health Awareness,” and she will be performing HERstory during the competition.
