Residents are picking up the pieces after a powerful line of storms pushed through parts of central and south Alabama late Saturday night into Sunday morning.
In Montgomery County, the town of Pike Road Mayor Gordon Stone says trees are down across the community and some property damage has been reported.
Montgomery Mayor Steven Reed says parts of the Spring Valley neighborhood off Woodley Road have reports of damage. Montgomery EMA officials say most roads in the county have been cleared and teams are out assessing damage.
